Check-in/Check-out is an intervention within the resource rooms which aims to improve student's time management, organization, and self-monitoring abilities. |
Social/Academic Instructional Groups (SAIGs):
SAIGs are instructional groups which focus on specific skills such as emotional regulation (Mindfulness Group), assertiveness training (Conflict Resolution Group), and study skills (Academic Success Group). |
Mentoring Program:
The mentoring program matches students with staff members who meet on a weekly basis to monitor their progress with respect to grades, discipline, attendance, and personal goals. |
Functional Behavior Assessments/Behavior Intervention Plans:
These are individualized intervention plans designed to provide intensive support for behavioral and/or emotional challenges. |
